I given 3 stars because at times the queue can be endless and that's just frustrating...nobody have nowadays 15-25 minutes to wait like in and airport.
I am not sure if it's due to the staff shortages or something else .
The staff is helpful and friendly the place is clean and organised.

I have no issues with the staff at the service counters, but your home delivery service is a joke. Multiple times now, I have paid for 24-hour priority shipping and ended up waiting days. I wait with my phone ready, watching the door all day, only to receive a notice in the evening stating that delivery failed because 'no one was home.' This is unacceptable; I am paying a premium for a service that is not being delivered.
